Concrete to Trusses

October was a very busy month!
We started out with concrete and then the joists were set.

The floor was glued and screwed.

And the first Happy Hour was enjoyed in the sunroom with a toast by Mom and Dad!

The studs started going up...

And the next thing we knew the house was taking shape!

I love my kitchen view!

The trusses arrived...

And soon the sunroom had a roof.

Then the whole house had a roof.

Precision.

Meanwhile Dad dug a trench for a future lamp post...with the help of Mike in the excavator. It was so rainy the conduit wouldn't stay down.

At home Jeff built all of the lower kitchen cabinets.

Our living room was the storage room because it was dust free (compared to the shop).
